Steel pails with poly bottle insert
The chemical resistant, high density polyethylene interior combined with impact resistant steel pail creates a double structure,
safe for hazardous materials under UN standards.
Clean pails with high-density polyethylene container - Eco type
The residual liquid performance has been greatly improved compared to the conventional Clean pails with high-density polyethylene container. The open head type makes it easy to dispose the inner and outer container separately. An environment-friendly option with reduced total cost.
Clean pails with high-density polyethylene container - Closed head type
The inner container is made with clean materials and is high-density polyethylene free
Steel pails with poly bottle insert - Standard - Non-clean
60L Clean chemi drum
The inner container is made with clean materials and is high-density polyethylene free. When used in a large capacity line, less liquid (container) change is needed, thus improving the manufacturing performance. (Japan · China · Taiwan patent pending)
Cap shape of 10L / 20L inner container
The high-density polyethylene interior is shaped so it does not leave residual liquid. After having all the liquid extracted with a pump, tilt the container the other way and pump again, this way almost all liquid may be extracted. (Patent No. 4527630)

The clean pails with high-density polyethylene container has an inner bag made of additive-free PE. The bag is clean because is controlled inner particles. Using a special dispenser, direct pressurized liquid extraction is possible.
*Conditions apply when using direct pressurization.
User's manual for dispenser
How to attach to pail

<image>
- Wash before use if necessary.
Adjust tube length to match the pail. - Install into pail and tighten the CAP.
(When installing to a stainless steel pipe, the pipe's end shall not touch the liner)
Recommended torque value is 3 ~ 5N.
Weak tightening may cause air leakage. - Connect liquid extractor and air pipe.
Recommended pressure value is 100 kPa or less.
* Raising the pressure too high may damage the container.
How to wash the dispenser

(Example) Coupling - The picture is with the sealing tape wrapped.
In order to wash every part, take the dispenser apart.
- Remove the dispenser from the pail and pull out the pipe.
- Remove the coupling and gasket. (if the gasket is loose, replace it)
- Wash.
- Reattach the sealing tape of the coupling screw.
- Reassemble to the original state (do not to twist when installing the gasket)
* Installing / removing the dispenser must be done without pressurization (no residual pressure will remain).
