What is a pail exactly?
A pail, or pail can is a large bucket shaped steel container. It is mostly used for transporting, storing liquids like lubricants, paint etc. Due to its easily portable size (from 13L/440 fl oz up to 17L/575 fl oz) it is convenient for both industrial and household use. We manufacture a full array of steel pail products including high-density pail, chemical resistant pail, polyethylene interior pail, clean pail, and a full range of UN-rated pails to meet the hazardous materials transportation requirements of each customer’s filled package. Japan Pail customizes each order according to customer requirements and works with each individual customer to satisfy specific packaging and delivery requirements.
-
Beautiful design
Any desired image or illustration may be printed onto the exterior surface. From a simple character to a more intricate design, the possibilities are endless. We are also able to provide more high quality printing for art and painting designs. -
Suitable for hazardous materials
We use uniquely surface treated steel sheets and various processing techniques to achieve a stronger, solid, safe and more airtight container. Our company also took safety into consideration by using the PL curl technique on the top plate (curling the sharply cut edges).
-
Easy to reuse
It may be easily reused as a container for baseballs, tennis balls, toys or household waste. By putting a cushion on top of the lid it may serve as chair or become an interior decoration. -
Environmentally friendly
Electrical and blast furnace companies collect and recycle the disposed steel pails. -
Space-saving
Since almost all pails are shaped and sized to fit a nation-wide standard, they make transportation and storage efficient. Because of the tapered form they may be easily stacked, taking up less space and saving the customer transportation fees.
