Tireless dedication to progress and quality improvement

Every employee working on the production line is also a tester dedicated to the pursuit of quality.
In this way, Japan Pail builds unshakeable bonds of trust with its customers.

Policy
-- Every worker is both 'producer' and 'tester' --

Japan Pail has 3 manufacturing locations: factories in Takaishi, Amagasaki, and Chiba.
In each location, the technology staff plays a big part in product quality improvement and also becomes a judge when it comes to testing products before handing them over to the customer.

To help our policy come to life, thus serve as a guideline in the future, we ensure all employees take their part in both producing and testing.
Also, in order to go over orders and quality requirements in detail, factory managers meet with the tech staff and operation leaders every morning before the production starts.

Then all details of a customers' order are transmitted directly to the workers on the line where based on those instructions, the leader of each process also performs quality testing to prevent any errors.

Our Dedication
-- More stringent measures to meet expectations of quality --

Our technology staff's work does not stop at checking the testing system of our factories; they also approach customers directly to learn about technical requests and issues faced. With this data, they work together as a team to improve quality in accordance to customer needs.

The staff also performs regular checks and testing regarding precision and strength of our pails.
They check our products' functionality through stringent drop/pressure tests and take measures to strengthen the testing procedure itself to match current requirements.
As a result of such rigorous quality management system, all 3 manufacture locations have obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.

JICJAB

Value is what happens when quality and service come together to deliver long-term solutions that go beyond individual sales. We strive to learn about our customer's businesses and match our capabilities in a cost effective way. Japan Pail has learned a lot and gained a lot of practical field experience and our teachers have been our customers - that's why we continue to listen to them every day.

Industry-first clean factory
-- promoting quality improvement --

Amagasaki factory is the industry's first clean factory and produces high value-added pails.

We have achieved an ISO Class 8 (clealiness factor 100,000) clean environment in our efforts to eliminate contaminants.
With hermetically sealed doors, a controlled environment, and rebuilt floors, our facility almost glows with cleanliness, contrary to what one might expect of a pail factory.
This environment enables us to provide containers that are suitable for the storage of IC and liquid crystal-related materials, where particulate contamination is impermissible.
We are also willing to challenge ourselves in other fields where absolute safety, assurance, and cleanliness is required.

Japan Pail is standing at the forefront in the clean operation industry and by combining our own innovations with feedback from our customers, we`ll able to continuously improve our operating systems and meet the most stringent worldwide standards.

Improving quality
-- across all manufacturing locations --

At the heart of our quality system is our desire to continually improve on our quality and products. The process starts with insisting on the highest quality materials from our suppliers. Then we manufacture with the most innovative, well maintained machinery in the industry. By having the proper air conditioning system installed inside the factories we create an environment perfectly fit for pail manufacturing.

At the Takaishi factory we are currently making changes to reduce labor and reach the highest line speed. Amagasaki's clean factory aims to improve its quality and productivity, while Chiba's goal is to reach a higher cleanliness level and line speed.

These combined efforts allow Japan Pail to make the best steel pail while doing machinery upgrades and continually making improvements to our operating systems.

To constantly think of and manufacture products from the customer's point of view--this is what every sales representative at Japan Pail believes in.
More so than the simple selling of our products, we strive to provide the ideal solutions to problems faced by our customers.

Occasionally we develop and patent new products with the cooperation of our customers.
There have also been cases where we install additional equipment to the factory's filling lines and oversee the operations throughout post-sales.

By doing so we want to show that Japan Pail responds professionally to customer needs, delivers what customers want, when and where they want it, allowing them to focus on the success of their own businesses.

Swiftly finding accurate solutions would not be possible without the support of our technology department.
At Japan Pail, sales and technology staff exchange detailed information and work together as a team to create an environment where ideas for improvement such as automated lines can be realized.

We have also strengthened our organic information network that links all of our locations together, by doing so constructing a system that uses SCM (Supply Chain Management) to efficiently provide customers with products fitting their needs.
Japan Pail believes that there is still much potential left in pail technology development and wants to contribute to business development by providing a total service.
